Working with community-based organizations, King County will be distributing federal funds for need-based rental assistance to tenants in the county. This grant is intended to prevent evictions by paying past due and future rent. We will distribute funds equitably and will target limited resources to those with the greatest needs.
We are currently accepting applications from eligible landlords and authorized representatives. Tenants will be able to apply for assistance after May 17th. More details will be provided at that time.
If you agree with the landlord requirements and have 5 or more qualifying households, you may register, either as a landlord or on behalf of a landlord. After registration, you will be asked to add property and tenant information.
If you would like to register to be considered for rental assistance, please click “Get Started.” If you received an invitation to apply you will asked for your code on the next page.
